SOPRESA began with a simple dream: to turn the goodness of nature into something delicious, healthy, and meaningful.

In the Philippines, our farmers work hard to grow beautiful and nutritious vegetables. Yet many perfectly good vegetables are left behind because they are too small, too large, imperfect in shape, or have no market. At the same time, many families—especially children—are eating fewer vegetables and choosing highly processed snacks instead.

We asked ourselves: What if we could change that?

And that is where SOPRESA was born.

SOPRESA creates delicious, vegetable-based snacks from fresh produce and other local ingredients. We transform nature’s harvest into crispy, flavorful treats that make eating vegetables more exciting.

But SOPRESA is about much more than snacks.

It is about the farmer.

By creating a market for local agricultural products, SOPRESA hopes to give farmers more opportunities to earn from their harvest. As the business grows, we also want to create livelihood opportunities for people who have limited access to employment.

Our vision is to build a food business where every vegetable has a chance to become something valuable, every farmer has a reason to keep planting, and every person involved in making our products can share in the success.
